Sam is one incredibly handsome dark brindle with the most soulful, expressive eyes. Nothing escapes his notice—whether it’s a fluttering bird, a falling leaf, or something moving in the distance, he’s always taking in the world around him. While he may come across as a little enthusiastic when you first meet him, it doesn’t take long for his easygoing, affectionate personality to shine. He’s a sweet boy who genuinely wants to make his people happy.

A true nature lover, Sam believes every walk is an adventure. He’ll happily inspect every leaf, stop to sniff every flower, and could spend ages watching birds with endless fascination. He’s curious in the most charming way.

Sam is wonderfully friendly and never says no to a good ear rub. In fact, your hand will probably get tired before he’s ready for you to stop! At home, he’s an expert at dramatic bed flops and long, cozy naps, but the crinkle of a snack wrapper or the sight of his favorite person heading for the door has him up in an instant, excited to see what adventure might come next.

One of Sam’s newest discoveries is the joy of dog toys, and it’s been a delight to watch. He proudly carries his favorite toy from room to room, as if making sure it’s always close by.
