Blaster

Sex: Male
Color: Black/White
Age: 2
Cats: No

Blaster is as sweet as they come, with a personality that’s full of wonderful layers. He’s curious, sometimes playful, other times mellow, and just a little timid when faced with unexpected sounds or sudden movements. Above all, he’s eager to learn and connect with his people. His soft, black coat feels like velvet, making him just as irresistible to pet as he is to be around.

Blaster has enjoyed zoomies in his foster home’s yard, but indoors he’s a calm, laid-back companion who is happy to relax by your side. He’s incredibly respectful of the resident senior dog and shows very little interest in squirrels during walks. He’s house-trained in his foster home and is steadily building confidence as he learns to navigate stairs.

Tall, athletic, and strong, Blaster is impressively mindful of his size and carries himself with gentle self-control. Because he’s powerful, and a bit sensitive, he’ll thrive with active, dog-savvy adopters who can continue building his confidence through positive guidance and consistent structure. Due to his size and zest for life, a home without young children would be the best fit. He also did not do well with cats during his initial testing, so a cat-free home is recommended.
